For nearly 6 years, my family believed an oxygen deficiency at birth left me with mild to moderate brain damage. This created a environment of low expectations that took decades to overcome. Before getting a CS degree, I spent 15+ years in professional theater. I would guess that on a day-to-day basis I use my theater skills more than my engineering ones. I want to talk about how a few ideas from improvisational theater can help your team embrace new ideas.
